Website operation:

The website operator offers for sale the products manufactured or distributed by its contracted partners to the customers of the website. The customer places the product selected by him on the website in the basket, and then starts the payment process. At the end of the successful payment process, the website operator notifies the customer by e-mail about the successful purchase. After a successful purchase, the website operator ensures the delivery of the selected product or products to the delivery address indicated by the customer in the purchase process.

Product selling price:

The sale price of the products at any time is the sale price currently displayed on the website. 

Product purchase price:

The purchase price is the price at which the customer buys the product placed in the basket. The sale price can be reduced by various discounts and coupons. The refund or compensation amount is always based on the purchase price at which the customer actually purchased the product.

Shipping cost: 

The amount of money that the website operator requests from the customer for the delivery of the purchased products to the delivery address specified by the customer at the time of purchase is called delivery cost. The shipping cost is also included on the invoice together with the purchase amount.

Invoice:

The operator of the website issues an invoice to the customer after each purchase. The invoice is always placed in the packaging together with the product or sent to the customer by e-mail. The invoice includes the purchase amount as well as the delivery fee.

Delivery time:

Delivery time is the time from the verifiable payment of the order to the delivery of the product to the delivery address. The maximum delivery time for products purchased at the normal list price is 30 calendar days. For products sold within the framework of the promotion, 60+30 days. If the product cannot be delivered to the specified delivery address for any reason and the product is returned to the website operator, it is considered a failed delivery. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, the customer will be notified of the unsuccessful delivery. The customer can request redelivery by entering a new delivery address. The operator of the website decides on the cost of the repeated delivery based on the respective delivery costs

Product:

The operator of the website offers for sale the products manufactured or distributed by its contracted partners. The website operator provides a detailed description and photo of the products on the product subpage.

Promotional products:

The operator of the website may apply various promotions, i.e. purchase discounts, during the operation of the website. These discounted products are sold either cheaper than the list price on the website or with free delivery. When purchasing promotional products, the customer acknowledges that the website operator may use the customer's personal data for additional marketing purposes or pass it on to partner companies for marketing purposes.

Cancellation or replacement of the purchase:

The operator of the website reserves the right to decide for herself the right to exchange the product or cancel the purchase.

Buyer's right:

Regarding legal damages or consequences in the purchase process of the products purchased on the website, the guidelines for all circumstances that are not detailed in the above regulations are the Civil Rights and Consumer Protection Acts valid at all times in Austria.
